In life whenever a failure comes, what happens to normal people? They will become sad, and will go into depression. 

The WHO ( World Health Organization ) estimates that more than 300 million people worldwide suffer from depression. It’s the world’s leading cause of disability. This is the main difference between a WINNER and a LOOSER


If failure comes, then there might be any mistake in the plan. Change the plan and start working on it again! By sitting depressed it’s not going to change the current situation. When the person reaches in the first stage of depression, that person starts going inside of it. And only factor that can help you to come out from this and that is the ‘strong mindset’ of that person. It’s only the attitude, who can help the person to come out of depression or can stop from going into it.

It allows your mind to think in other interesting areas, rather than just thinking about depression, and giving it even more go. It includes expanding the set of your hobbies, by reading books, painting things, sketching, playing outdoor sports, or even giving attention to your own fitness, as discussed earlier.
