Before talking to anyone else in the world, human beings talk to themselves. If we talk negatively to ourselves, then it becomes very difficult for us to utter positive words in front of others.

2. Self Acceptance

In order to improve, first of all we have to accept ourselves. This way we feel satisfied and confident and this becomes easier to move ahead in life.

Celebrate your victories, each and every little one. Every step forward is important, no matter how small.
I use to celebrate my personal victories because no one else understands what it took to accomplish them.
I reward myself when I achieve success. I may go out for lunch, arrange a trip with my family or buy flowers. Celebrating my own victories improves my confidence level.

It is unwise to compare our life with others and feel inferiority complex. This will lose your self-confidence.
